Maintenance

Use non-abrasive products to clean your Oceania product. Use a soft cloth combined with a mild liquid detergent.

Clean stains with isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol). Rinse well and dry with a soft, clean cloth.

A squeegee should be used daily for regular maintenance. We recommend cleaning your door weekly with a 1:4 solution of vinegar and water.

Yes, Oceania baths have all been designed to allow the use of essential oils, bath salts and bubble baths. We recommend diluting essential oils and bath salts in water before pouring them into the bathtub (Important: do not use "Wintergreen" essential oil).

You can follow this procedure to perform minor repairs.

Air bath systems

To ensure maximum hygiene, your air-jet bathtub is equipped with a moisture sensor to completely dry the ducts. When the presence of humidity is detected (bathtub use, bathtub cleaning, high ambient humidity), the blower will automatically dry the ducts for about 2 minutes.

The inner tube of your bathtub is designed to protect the user in the event of a sudden overflow. This safety feature can cause a sensation of localized heat on the inside wall of your bathtub.

Your tub blower must be connected to an independent 15 amp/120 volt power source, and to a circuit protected by a Class A GFCI (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter). Installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician in accordance with local regulations.

The blower in our bathtubs is designed to be as quiet as possible. The movement of the water can generate sound.

Most podium and alcove baths allow the blower to be installed under the bath shell. In the case of some freestanding bath models, the blower must be relocated in a well-ventilated area nearby (e.g. a closet). The location of your blower should be no more than 12 feet from your bathtub, well ventilated and easily accessible. To find out more about relocating your blower, consult this document.

It is not possible to change the batteries in a remote control. You can obtain a replacement remote control by filling in this form, or use the keypad originally supplied with your bathtub.

You will find the instructions to synchronize your remote control with your air jet system in this video.
